The data we collect
Website visitors
This website contains no enquiry form, login or other field through which you can submit information to us. We collect no personal data directly through the website. We do receive limited technical and usage data through the analytics and performance-measurement services used on this site — your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, your browser and device type, the pages you visited and when, and broad measurements of how quickly those pages loaded.
Persons who contact us
If you write to us or call us, we hold whatever you choose to provide — typically your name, your email address or telephone number, and the content of your enquiry.
Applicants and borrowers
Where you apply for a facility, we collect:
- Identity data — name, date of birth, gender, photograph and signature.
- KYC data — Permanent Account Number and other officially valid documents, as required by the Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, 2002 and the RBI Master Direction on Know Your Customer.
- Contact data — residential and office address, telephone numbers and email.
- Financial data — income details, bank statements, income tax returns, financial statements, existing borrowings, and details of the assets offered as security.
- Credit data — where we obtain credit information reports and scores from credit information companies, and where we are required to report your account performance to them, we do so in accordance with the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005.
- Transaction data — repayment history, and amounts disbursed and outstanding.
We collect this data directly from you, from the documents you provide, and — where applicable to your case — from third parties such as verification agencies, valuers, banks, and public registries.
