In these terms, “Faith Financials”, “the Company”, “we” and “us” mean Faith Financials Private Limited, and “you” means any person accessing this website.

The interest rates and charges shown on our Fair Practices Code & Regulatory Disclosures page are indicative ranges applied under our board-approved Interest Rate & Penal Charges Policy. The rate applicable to you is determined by the gradation of risk assessed for your case and is set out in your sanction letter.

We do not guarantee that an enquiry will result in an offer of any facility, or that we will respond within any particular period, except where a period is prescribed by our Fair Practices Code or by the Reserve Bank of India.

The Company is a non-deposit taking NBFC and does not accept public deposits.

Complaints relating to this website or to any facility may be raised with our Grievance Redressal Officer.

If the complaint is not resolved within 15 working days it may be escalated to the Business Head of the Company at faithfinancialslegal@gmail.com, who will respond within 30 days of receipt. The complete grievance redressal mechanism forms part of our Fair Practice Code and is displayed at our offices.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of this website.

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this website is the version in force, and your continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
